Sun, 12 AprLocation is TBDThe Standard Mental Health First Aid course teaches participants how to provide initial support to another adult who may be experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis, until professional help is received or the crisis resolves.

The course consists of 10 modules with participants required to complete a Knowledge Check at the end of Modules 3, 6 and 10. In order to progress to the next set of modules, participants must answer 80% of Knowledge Check questions correctly.
Upon successful completion of the course participants generate a Certificate of Completion. Certificates are valid for 3 years from the date of completion.
Mental Health First Aid Training (MHFA)
MHFA training provides the skills to support adults and young people to seek appropriate professional help and to support them if they are in a crisis.
